There are these little floaty things you can use to put between your legs when you swim so you don't have to use them. It gives you a great arm workout, and allows you to rest your ankle. It works pretty well... I like to swim myself, and have had more than a few sprained ankles. ^.^
Neat! I ended up not going today because the walk from the car to the pool is far and not injured ankle friendly. I will try those floaty things when I do get into the pool.
